Regina is obsessively trying to look for foods that have ‘less than 30% of calories from fat’ as she mentions that she wants to lose ‘three pounds.’ Regina is putting effort into trying to seek validation and trying to fit into the society’s narrow beauty standards. Regina is looking at every food label to make sure that she doesn’t eat too much, which will make her gain weight.
