Why are they are more people in college that have a lower income than people with a high income? For this purpose, I can infer from the article, that people who have lower income go to college to be better and have a good life, and people with high income don't want to go to college because they think that they will still have a lot of money. This means that people who have lower income, they improve to go to college with that obstacle, then high income. This matter because people know how difficult is life. This means that people with a college degree will earn more money, then people who don't have a college degree. This matter because people that want to earn more money need to study more.
