Dialog Axiata is the public limited company which is in telecommunication service supplier industry. It founded in 27th August 1993 & it located in 475, union place, Colombo 02. Mr. Hans wijesooriya is the CEO of that company.
In today’s context Dialog GSM is the Sri Lankan’s very largest and fastest growing mobile network in Telecommunication Industry. Because of that dialog company attract over 11.068 million of subscribers.
In 1995 they launched their services as a 4th entrance to the telecommunication cellular market and also in south Asian countries. It was a first digital network. They mainly focused on some of service areas for their customers as follows,
 Mobile Telephony.
 Dialog T.V.
 Home satellite T.V.
 Dialog Global.
 Dialog Broadband offers,
 Fixed line & broadband internet service.

Their strengths,
a) They have pleasant customer service assistants.
• When calling to customer care service and also visit to their service arcades their customer care assistance are pleasant, well dressed, they have smiles on their faces & they treat their customers with smile. That creates positive attitude about all dialog arcades and their service assistances.

• I’ll recommend, though their dress be same to each other. Then we can be able to clearly identify who is the service assistance or their workers.
