Go Pro makes waterproof durable camera that give the user and its audiences a very unique view of the environment that is being filmed. It has become the world-leading image capturing company. Like many American enterprise, Nick woodman, the founder of Go pro, started his company out of his garage with only S10, 000. As a teen, Woodman developed his passion for surfing and started sailing t-shirts to raise money to form a surfing club. That passion evolves into create a camera that can be used to film surfers. Go Pro needs to take care and resolve all of its weaknesses while growing and expending its strength. There is no need to worry about the treats because many are those treats are faced by every newcomers of the industry. Go Pro need to continue on his road to success and keep its place was the world leader in the digital camera industry. However, go Pro does need to alter its price or products in order to attract the lower income consumers. Every successful company like Micheal Kors has expensive and luxurious products for the higher income and for the lower income, they offer affordable product that can still be consider as luxury.
