INTRODUCTION Unilever is a consumer goods company. It is an Anglo - Dutch multinational company. it was founded by merging of a soap-maker Lever Brothers and margarine producer, Margarine Unie. It is a company with stronger employer brand. Company owns more than 400 different brands. But only 25 brands has more than 70% of the total sales. It produces beverages, personal care products, washing agents, and food. It operates in more than 100 countries. Being conglomerate, it has been employing more than 180,000 globally. many products with the different brands, with the key tenet- purpose, company is able to carry on the culture and the distinct marketing.
Unilever’s sustainable living plan created on 2010 aimed at improving health and the wellbeing of more than 1 billion people, halving the environmental impacts of products, sourcing 100% raw agricultural materials.
