Since being founded, they have been on the “Forbes 100 Best Companies to Work For” list for 19 years and counting. They currently rank fourth on the list; increasing from seventh last year. Wegmans is recognized by their unmatched employee management and outstanding organizational culture, while also maintaining a large profit of 7.6 billion dollars per year as of 2015.
