Status Quo: Sal Marcano, a boy who lives a normal life of a 13 year old. Sal lives with his mother, Cassandra in New Orleans. As a young child growing up only with a mom, Sal is very quiet at school and never causes harm to anyone. At the age of 2, Sal saw his father die due to cancer. That impacted Sal’s life and traumatized him.

Sociologists study actions and relationships in terms of the social contexts in which people live their lives. In other words, sociology is the study of society and social interactions. Psychologists study behaviour in terms of the attributes and processes inside each individual. They focus on the people involved in the situation rather than the situation as a whole.
Lack of attention from friends, parents/teachers can make a person create rumors or a bully, just to feel popular, seem tough/cool or in charge. Some children even teens have learned to bully from others, such as parents, brothers/sisters, or friends. People have seen others getting in someone 's way by being angry or pushing other people around. They believe that by putting someone in fear, they will have the best shot at everything.
