Stop the Bullying People is not always willing to stand up for what they believe is right. One of the reasons why people is not willing to stand up is because they fear getting involved in legal problems. Others do not want to lose time discussing over this situations. Many of them do not know that there are consequences for what they chose to ignore. What I think about this is different.
Education in America, is a subject that is usually blown off from the public’s interest, “no one cares”, they would say, but soon you will have to. The education system in America is slowly failing us, we are failing to rank high on the international scale and many of our students do not have the preparation they need in order to move on to college, or get a job which may lead to a decline in GDP as a whole. The education system in america should do more to stop bullying, create a system that fits the needs of the child, what are employers/colleges looking for that the school system must apply. Bullying is a huge problem for the American education system. Bullying affects 1 out of 3 children in a typical american school setting.

William looked up at the clock on his classroom wall. It was past 9 O’clock, still relatively early by Beacon standards, but the students had put in a good night, and William was feeling magnanimous. “Alright, good work tonight. I’ll let you guys pack it up and get out of here early,” William said to the group of juniors. “Really?”

He would sometimes wait for me to get done with school to pick on me. He used to call me mean names when we walked passed each other as he shoved me like it was on accident, even though I knew he did it on purpose and that he intended to hurt my feeling. One day he would say he was my friend if I gave him an answer or two but the next he would act like nothing even happened the day before. He treated me like I was trash left to be feeling like I was the only person in this world that had a “Friend” like that.
Bullying in Schools What seems fun and harmless for some students, is painful and degrading to others. Bullying has been a critical issue around schools, but before it was not as dangerous and know as it is now. These do not means bullying was not happening, it means it was not taken into consideration by parents or teachers. They thought it was just peer pressure or a kids game, and sooner or later the kids would be friends again. At one point, bullies think it’s normal to be mean and abusive to other students.
Bullying is defined as repeated oppression, physical or psychological of a less powerful individual by a more powerful individual, people or group. It consists of three main types of abuse which are physical, verbal and emotional. Bullying in schools is a common and worldwide spread problem that can have critical and negative implications on the general school climate as well as on the right of students to study in a safe and secure environment without fear. Many people believe that bullying is part of life, happens in all schools and so it’s not an issue to worry about and that it lets individuals know what life is all about as it toughens them but in reality bullying is a detrimental problem that affects most school going children and teenagers physically, emotionally and socially.
