“Taqueria Mi Casa” is a small traditional Mexican cuisine restaurant that is known mainly for serving real authentic Mexican tacos. This restaurant also serves authentic Mexican dishes, breakfast, ala carta items, desserts, and drinks. Orders can be placed to dine in or to take out. There is also barely space for many customers to walk around during its busy hours. I also place my orders to take out because I feel so uncomfortable and squeezed up. I also have conflicts when placing orders to take out because I have to wait near the entrance in a very small space and every time a customer enters or exits, I have to move forward and then back to that same spot so that the customers can walk through. The menu is another negative characteristic and it pertains to the signs of the servicescape. The menu is handwritten in an unorganized way and it is also just in Spanish which may cause difficulty for some customers to read. The space of the servicescape causes me an emotional internal response because I feel so uncomfortable that creates anxiety in my feelings and I just want to leave as soon as possible. The staff are so friendly and caring which reduces a little of the anxiety caused by the size of the building. The size of the building can cause different behaviors in customers to avoid feeling uncomfortable or anxiety. Many customers may order to take out or others may just stop
