• High quality merchandise and fresh food.
• Offers all kind of products from the grocery to the medication.
• You don’t have to go to the store, you can buy everything online.

Weakness/
• A lot of merchandise will be forbidden to enter Saudi Arabia such a all drinks that contain alcohol and pork meat.
• At the first expected customers are low, because it`s a new and unknown market for them.
Opportunities/
• Developing a new branches in the gulf area (emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait…) .
