The team around you, respects your technical and Software development prowess. I would like to see you taking up more leadership role within the team, guiding them through modernization initiative. As you work with rest of the team, keeping an open mind and taking extra effort to include everyone on team in development process would help you achieve your goals this year. Strengths Be Bold – This is one of your stronger behavior points. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and question the way things are done. You look beyond just the immediate usecase at hand and try to solve problem for the bigger scope. From the technology standpoint too, you are always ready to try out new technologies to build new products. This strongly showed up during Count POC while working with SWLM team. [Peer
