Teaching is something that no one should do if they do not have the heart to do it. Anybody can teach, but it takes a special person to be at teacher. An instructor have to be kind and patient because everyone do not learn at the same pace. They also have to be caring because if a student sees that the educator do not care about them, they are less likely to respect them. I will teach according to the curriculum, but I will make it interesting. I believe that if children are interested in what the teacher is teaching, then they will be more engaged in learning the material. So if this means staying after school to offer tutoring to the kids that needs extra help, then I am all for it. I also believe that if I make the course interesting, the students will be influenced by it and show more interest in the course. My second goal is to be a mentor to all of my students. I know that sometimes kids may be going through things that will hinder them from succeeding in school. In my classroom, I will be teacher that the students can come to and talk about their problems. If I cannot help them, I will point them to the counselor so that we can get the problem that the student may be having resolved. In reaction to this, the student will be able to get back on track and be successful in my class. As a teacher, I know that I will be a life-long learner. So I will constantly talk to other teachers about what they are doing in the classroom. This way if something that I am doing is not working, I will have another method that I can rely on, and the same may apply for
