The 3 traits that I wrote down were when others in the team are respectful, responsible and hard working towards others and their given work in a group. I tried to be responsible by doing all of my assigned work on time. Also, I tried my best to make sure that the rest of group members finish their given work and the group outline is finished by the time we present. Also, since not everyone finished their individual outline the day of the presentation, I stayed up with the last person to help and finish the group outline. As a summarizer, at the end of every meeting, I ask each group member how far did they finish their research and states what needs to be done by the next group meeting. For example, our group met on the day before our presentation in the library group meeting room. Since Julisa and Adrian had to leave early for their personal issue and work, I told them that they are the last ones to finish individual outline and contribute on the group outline three times before they leave. Not only that certain day, in most group meetings I summarized what is need to be done by the next group meeting and what is the progress of the group outline and presentation. By summarizing and stating our progress as a group, I believe everyone in the group knows what is expected by the next group meeting and hold responsibility towards their assigned work. My social role in the group was harmonizer, or more like helper. I tried to help group members who asked for help. For example, Marilu had hard time to come up with her individual outline because as a group we decided to do the introduction and thesis at the last. Marilu had basic idea what she wants to talk about, however, she had hard time putting it together in her individual outline. We worked on Google docs together until her outline was organized and includes what she was going to say in the introduction and conclusion. Not only Marilu, but I helped other members on their bibliography and putting their individual outline in the group outline.
