Ex. I consistently try to help my team members complete their assigned tasks. For example, I offer coverage for shift tasks, when a fellow employee need time off work. In addition, I assist my fellow co-workers with completing tasks that sometimes run after their scheduled hours, like ONLC and reservations. Another example of my teamwork skills is the Craigslist revamp. I worked with Carl and Mya to brainstorm and execute a comprehensive update of the ads and photos we use for marketing on Craigslist.

Ex. I have completed assigned projects in a timely manner while complete my other tasks, such as answering the phones, running reservations, and handling walk-ins at the front desk.

I have been on time with my billing dues as well as completing customer account changes, closings, and opening. Also, I stuck to my assigned deadlines for the holiday party timeline.

Ex. I love to completed projects and coming up with create solutions, but when it comes to grammar and spelling in my writing; I lack finesse.

Ex. I was required to train Melissa on the opening procedures. During our training, I realized verbally explaining how to operate the coffee machine was not effective in her training. Therefore, I create a detailed written instruction set on the machine, complete with a labeled diagram.

Ex. I feel that I have gained the respect of my co-worker by being positive, helping with shift coverage, and serving as a sounding bound for new ideas/projects.

Ex. I created a sales plan for service packages that encourage seasonal businesses to sign up for our services.

Ex. I assisted Mya and Carl with tour practice. As a previous tour guide, I shared my trick and tips from four years of undergraduate admissions tour guiding experience. It was a pleasure seeing them improve each practice
