1. TELUS mobile services company in my opinion is the best company that presents interpersonal communication skills effectively. TELUS is located in Canada, and its services include the provision of internet and wireless network together with home phone and television services. Their interpersonal communication skills, especially between the customer care and customer, is very effective (Mendoza, 2006). A customer can call at any time and always get an available customer care. The language used is very polite, and they are tolerant to the impatient complaining customers. The best thing to consider in the development of a new product is a customer preference. The company should take note of the minor details in the development process that might affect a client’s taste. This is because, for a business to be successful, it must produce customer-oriented products. Once the desires of a product are based on the preference of the customer, the company has a competitive advantage over its rivals.
The importance of product evaluation during a development process is to ensure that the product is consistent in meeting the intended product at the end. There might be problems that might emerge and were not anticipated. Therefore, the management may consider restructuring the original plan or coming up with a solution that solves the problem immediately.

The brand of my choice is the Ford Motor Company. In its website, the different forms of communication are well represented (corporate.ford.com). Visual communication has been effectively used through the use of four different cars aligned at the main part of the page. They are different in color, a characteristic that makes them attractive. These cars represent the refined type of vehicles the company manufactures. Also, words such as “MPG savvy and Tech Smart” are written in bold to catch the customer’s or viewer’s attention. The written words also act as a written form of communication whereby they symbolize the quality and the high technology used in manufacturing the car. The four different types of cars have their names attached just in front of them. The names tell more about the type of brands that the company manufactures. The name “2015 Fusion + Hybrid” is persuasive to the customer or the viewer in that the car is the latest
