In the article by Nathan Seppa, he discusses the many different ways people get distracted and take their eyes off the center of the road by using their phones and engaging in actions such as texting and driving. In Seppa’s research, multiple governments have tried banning the use of phones while driving but that was something most people would just not follow because they are so connected to technology. The author has come to a conclusion that this has not stopped some states from passing new laws that limit cell phone use and that ban it from being used while any person is driving a vehicle. Many people have this habit of going in a car and do many other things but concentrate on their driving skill and the environment that surrounds them.
