The process focuses on offering linking services between the management of human resource and the overall organization's strategic plan. The culture's elements combing in prevention of change through the mutual reinforcement system formed by their fitting together. A successful strategy would initiate with leadership tools including visions, then secondly cement in place the change through management tools such as control systems and finally engage power tools including punishments and coercion. Apple Inc. is one of the company's that has undergone organizational and cultural shift recently. The company designs and develops consumer electronics, online services and computer soft ware. The company's organizational culture is a huge factor to its success since it aids in determining the capabilities in new policies, new strategies and changes in the organization. In Apple, the employees are are provided with effective development and integration into the company's culture which facilitates rapid innovation observable via the products produced by the company. There have been some current shifts in the organizational culture especially on those that present challenges in optimization of its human resources. The culture entailed a high performance level and unnecessary stress on the workforce due to the constant pressure on them and use of antithesis model of servant leadership. The power culture had its advantages including that of high success level in the global market. With the new leadership taking over recently,Tim Cook Asas the new CEO, Apple's organizational culture has shifted from the power culture to that of task culture. The relationship between the seniors and subordinates have changed unlike that of power culture that was comprised of fear and massive secrecy. The working environment has improved which has also resulted to higher innovation rates. The company has also engaged in social activities such as fund raising events which has created the impression that it values its employees changing the earlier combative leadership style. Employees have also received services such as product discounts and working conditions that are safer and better. Even with the employee- friendly, increasingly park- laiden and socially conscious features the company is still as competitive as before and to some extent better than before.
