Operations team will be working on Holiday routes, to insure proper customers are service on days requested. Operations team has identify the long routes on the weekend has reroute routes to cut down on labor we have seen a great improvement on Saturday and Sunday branch closing time has improve as well. We will continue to work on the weekday’s routes and identify which routes needs to be improved. Management will monitor check in and check out process, to reduce time. Will continue to monitor time and attendance and provide proper disciplinary action if needed.
For my research task the fast food restaurant I have chosen is Nandos because Nandos originates here in South Africa. The quality of their food has always been good, have never a problem with Nandos in terms of service. I’m going to look at their concept of insurance and how it’s implicated for business. Businesses that are in the private sector are a sole trader so the owner is responsible for all activities that are run within the business and has unlimited liability for debts, however as they are sole traders they are often able to set up a partnership and share skills but that also means sharing profits. The Better Business Bureau is known for protecting consumers against unfair business practices (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2014). Before reading this week’s case study on the BBB, I have always felt that they were a credible business and looked out for the best interest of the consumer. When shopping online, I look for the BBB seal of approval and trust that the organization can be trusted. After doing my research, I do not feel the BBB has the best interest of the consumer in mind. While the organization operates as a non-profit organization, they rely on membership dues to keep them in operation.
The consumer is the more important stakeholder of the Better Business Bureau, because the consumers participates in the market share and is usually the one that is at high risk of identity theft. The consumer is also at risk for not legitimate in business. A stakeholder is anyone with an interest in a business. Stakeholders are individuals, groups or organizations that are affected by the activity of the business.
