Government believes extending the school day or even extending the amount of days a student attends school make will a big difference academically. Some are even pushing for year round school. This is not the best choice. For one extending the school year to a whole year will actually do the opposite then planned. The students and faculty would get tired of the full- time schooling and not use the time wisely. Even just extending school, just, a month would not be the greatest course. Only half the extra time given to us would be used for proper education. There are extra classes and side activates that schools do and those activates would actually take up most of that extra time.
