Not to say that you cannot be a well versed person and have a good personality and still be qualified to do the job. These test can give you a window into the person but it should not be the soul factor in the hiring proses. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can tell you if you play well with others but that is it. It cannot tell you if you have the ability to be productive. I do not think that a hundred questions can really be accurate to determine what kind of personality an individual has. I believe that The Myers? Briggs Type Indicator is a good tool to start with to help in aiding with the hiring proses. These companies invest heavily into these exams. To me it is a waste ofresources investing in these exams. The money could be used more productively invested in other places. Like someone that know how to give an interview. These test in my opinion are or for fun when you take a Cosmo quiz and to see if you are compatible with your partner. To me they do not make sense I do not agree how they are implemented in our society. To not be hired because of your personality. I would figure that could fall under discrimination. Not being hired because you are not happy enough to interact with others in that company. I personally do not agree with them but that's only my opinion everyone is entitle to their own opinion.
