The Titan’s Curse is a fantasy fiction written by Rick Riordan. The book is about a young teenager named Percy Jackson who is a demigod. He and his friends travel through dangerous adventures trying to find and save their friend Annabeth and Greek goddess Artemis, Artemis and Annabeth were both kidnapped. Rick Riordan did an amazing job of explaining theme of not giving up, like for example when they had thought they lost hope they kept on fighting all the way just to find Annabeth. What I liked about the book were the cliffhangers at the end of the book that wanted me to read even more.

Many say that Shakespeare’s ideas reveal the true human nature and that's why young adults need to study about him; However, the more that teens study Shakespeare some have agreed that it shouldn’t be apart of the standard High School curriculum due to the fact that the old English has no importance to them. I believe Shakespeare should not be taught in 9th grade because it is far too complex for a fourteen or fifteen year old to understand. Shakespeare uses language that is far too inapropiate for a teenager to be hearing. Shakespeare uses language that is very controversial and teachers should not expect a freshman in high school to understand something so complex like Shakespeare. He talks about topics like gun violence, racism, and freedom.

Shakespeare has contributed to many well-known phrases that are still used to this day, showing his significance in history.
In this essay I will discuss the entire life of William Shakespeare, what it was influenced by in terms of spirituality, ideal and social force behind his work (arts). Further, the challenges he faced both personally and professionally in pursuing social relevance in his plays and the historical significance portrayed in his whole work. Also, I will discuss the development and times of the Elizabethan theatre with the Elizabethan ideal of the core and how Shakespeare was influential in that period. Lastly I will reflect on the elements of Macbeth as a genre to illustrate my research findings.
