Overall, the book is a great read, even for those who do not enjoy
I like the book because it shows that you can survive with something as little s a hatchet. It shows how easily everything can change in your life. This could be better if brain actually told his mom he knew her
For the most part, it is a relatively fast paced book full of new perspectives, widely unknown historical facts, and humorous anecdotes
Which in my opinion makes it more interesting. These are some of the reasons why I like the book and reasons why you should read the book sometime in the
The story and the characters really stood out to me. They really expressed themselves and the setting in the story was very cool to learn about. I enjoyed the pictures in the book because they guide the reader into the setting and the time period in the book. I recommend this book to people who are interested in learning about World War II and people who are interested in biographies and survival stories. One of my favorite quotes from the book was “A lifetime of glory is worth a moment of pain.”
The book has many characters with very different personalities. The book has unexpected twists and turns throughout it. The novel involves kidnappers, a dragon and (of course) the 5 children from Miami that know nothing about what they’re getting into. This book started out as, a fairly normal story.
It 's a jaw-dropping book that will leave you wanting more as the author Laurie writes in a crisp and clear way describing the young girl Melinda’s horrific story and how it unfolds. The author 's tone gives off the vibe of a young frighted girl which I find really enhances this sad, but exhilarating story. This story taught me to always speak up for myself and to never let anyone take advantage of me. I would recommend this novel because it is extremely detailed, painting vivid pictures in your mind that really help to magnify and
This book was interesting for me because it allowed me to relate to a character. I love reading novels that not only allow me to feel a connection with a character, but allow me to relate to their personality or
Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs is a creepy but good book. Jacob Portman thinks of himself an average normal teenager living a more or less peaceful life with his family. One of the few and major problems in his life in his life is his grandfather, Abraham Portman. Grandpa Portman, as Jacob calls him, insists that he sees monster and that they are after him. When Grandpa Portman is mysteriously murdered by one of the “monsters” the Portman family do not cope with the loss well.
I personally like the way the females are in my family. It has taught me to be independent and showed me that if I want something, I have to get it myself. Besides that aspect, I do agree with how the Latino culture that was presented in the book. After reading this book, I feel like I have not been as diverse as I have wanted.
The storylines are very interesting and keep you engrossed throughout. As well as learning aboout the missions, you grow attached to the characters, and a good portion of the books are also about their personal life. The books give both a high-paced

Diary of a wimpy kid: Greg I really don’t know who else who could be the main character. Greg is a kid who can’t ever have a good day in his books due to this in almost every book or every day something goes right to wrong. Greg one day told his mom to get a “journal not a diary” sadly seeing the title you can guess his mom didn’t listen and as such he now has a diary that allows people to pick on him more. Greg though seems to be a little selfish at time, thinks he’ll be famous one day, can’t really understand the things that happen to him, and thinks his family is a little crazy at times.
