As look back to my kindergarten and toddler years I see “play” as the time where there was not wright or wrong way of doing something. I recall always pretending to be a Princess, a cashier register worker, and dolls (mainly Barbie’s) in school grounds I found myself playing with my family the imaginary “family” where one relatives chose weather they wanted to be the mommy, daddy or the child/ children I have the memory of pretending to the driver of a car or in few occasions also reenacting once again the family scenario where I would be the mommy taking my children (dolls) to school. “Suspension of reality” (Levy) was executed when we created an imaginary place where we got away from reality a place where in agreement with Pestalozzi’s statement (2012) “showed how [we as] children learn naturally form [our] encounters with real things” (P. 8) in other words we reenacted going to the grocery store with our parents. “Intrinsic motivation” (Levy) was accomplished due everyone wanting play out of their free will, we invited but did not require anyone to join us, we also accomplished this category when each one one of us wanted a turn to be in charged of the cashier register regardless of how long that would take. Lastly, “Intrinsic motivation” (Levy), was accomplished when we decided and gave each person their role during this play date we determent who and what they would be doing. I believe all three of Levy’s categories “Suspension of reality, Intrinsic motivation, Internal locus of control”(Levy) where preformed. My brother and I went away from reality and imagined each other in a castle attending a ball, I took joy in preforming this activity due to me pretending to be a princess and I was able to believe my parents sheets where a beautiful gown wore by Belle, and I danced with my Prince (brother) all around the castle (living room) until the song ended. The facilitation that took place during this play event was mainly indirect because no one told anyone who or what they would be my brother and I just assumed our roles in this
