Have you ever been a bully or been bullied? If you have been bullied you would know it doesn't feel nice and certainly doesn't make you feel accepted. Bullying can cause a lot of effects on you. This is because there is a message that has been sent to your brain telling you that you have been threatened or attacked and you should protect yourself. However this cannot happen because someone is making you feel weak and you cannot do anything about it. I believe that having a safe community will have a huge impact for the kids or teen to have a life long journey that is waiting for them ahead.

Considering not coming to school is making the school not safe for them, the person who was getting bullied would give an excuse to their parents for not going to a school. Fear, anxiety, low self esteem,depression and even suicide are the % symptoms of getting bullied. There are 5 types of bullying which can affect you terribly. Verbal, Physical, Social, Extortion and Cyber Bullying. Verbal is one bad way to bully because verbal bullying is name calling or talking poorly about you or your family. The second type of bullying which we all know is physical. This is very disgusting because there is punching and physical involved in this, which can lead to bruises or even worse, broken bones. The third type of bullying is social which is not the worst bullying type but it is still cruel to others. The social type of bullying is excluding someone from an event or group stuff purposely. The fourth type of bullying is Extortion I personally haven't heard about this type but I have seen it before. This type of bullying is stealing stuff from other people. The last type of bullying is Cyber- bullying. In my personal opinion is that cyber bullying is the worst type of bullying that has been created. This is because people use their devices
