According to 11 Facts About Bullying Between 1 in 4 US students say they have been bullied at school, Have you ever been bullied? Everyone and anyone is being bullied no matter what they look like, act like, or talk like. The reason why I'm talking about this is because bullying happens anywhere, at any time. Bullying can also be considered aggressive behavior that is intentional and involves an imbalance of power or strength is known as bullying. It can take many forms, including physical violence, verbal abuse, social exclusion, and cyberbullying. This shows that when you ve been bullied you could ve taken it the wrong way where you could ve listened to what the bully said and damaged yourself. If you are being bullied or know someone who is being bullied, you need to tell an adult. The harmful effects of bullying on one's mental, emotional, and physical health cannot be overstated. Low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and even suicide are among the many consequences that victims may experience. They may also suffer from changes in habits such as sleep and eating patterns, loss of interest in activities they once enjoyed, and increased feelings of sadness and loneliness.
