“The Friday Everything Changed” by Anna Hart, it starts when the school gets a new teacher Miss Ralston. The kids and school have traditions and privileges they are used to even if they are unfair. One day a classmate named Alma makes a remark about how girls do not get the privilege to carry a water bucket but the boys too, Miss Ralston considers what she has said. The trouble starts when the boys threaten and bully Alma, but the girls help her, soon the boys begin to bully them all.
