Vogue USA, is a fashion and lifestyle magazine established in 1892. Everyone knows this magazine and talks about it. Each month, it features different stars and known figures for its cover and articles like Penelope Cruz, George Clooney, Sienna miller and many other celebrities. It reflects the events happening in the world, the trends and it is considered as the bible of fashion.

In 1832, The first issue of vogue was released in the United States. Conde Naste publishers acquired the magazine in 1909, they began focusing more on women than men and the prices raised since then. She is the one who made Vogue the best fashion magazine in the world and instead of using models for the covers she featured celebrities. She was a fashion icon, and she knew how to shape the trends in her own way. Her love for fashion saw light when she was 16, as she used to watch Cathy Mcgowan in « Ready Steady Go ». « Nuclear Wintour » is her surname because of her cold temperament, her dark sunglasses which she never takes off, and for the record Wintour does not own a hand bag. She is very respected in the Fashion World and because of her temperament, and extreme coldness she is also feared. The only person who dares to stand up against Wintour is Grace Conddington, the creative director of Vogue who used to be a model back in the eightees. Grace Coddington was born in 1941 in Anglesey and she is known for her amazing shootings each one with a specific theme like « Alice in Wonderland » « The Beauty and The Beast » and « Marie Antoinette ». Before working for Vogue, she was a junior editor and worked for Calvin Klein. The semptember issue is the most important during the year as it contains many shootings and articles. In 2009, an American documentary was released about the semptember issue 2007 of Vogue magazine. It starred Wintour herself and Grace Coddington. The movie reflects the efforts made by the vogue USA team, and also the relationship between Coddington and Wintour. Grace is regarded as the victim of Wintour ‘s bad temperament but their relationship is very symbiotic. In the documentary, we can see also how Wintour wakes up every day at 5am, goes to play tennis and then go to work at 7am.
