At Middletown High School North we have security guards, cameras, and faculty in every hallway but they can only do so much. If everyone is wearing the same thing the police or security guards could easily spot intruders, and take care of the threat promptly. They allow for easy identification of the students as well as the faculty. All while making the intruders stand out. Not only does it help against intruders but it also helps with threats that are inside of the school. For example, with school uniforms you cannot conceal any weapons on your person, and if you are it makes it easier to spot.
