Imagine this, a Latino immigrant and a American citizen walk into a job interview, they have same job experience but only one of them has the ideal immigration status on their resume. Who receives the job? Racial profiling is a serious case, because one must not be judged by their race but by their personality and well-being. In simpler terms, 52.9% of African Americans were stopped and frisked compared to the 9.3% of white americans.
