Yet, they will snatch it out of an immigrants hands, if that means they will live a more satisfied life. Imagine this, a Latino immigrant and a American citizen walk into a job interview, they have same job experience but only one of them has the ideal immigration status on their resume. Who receives the job? Racial profiling is a serious case, because one must not be judged by their race but by their personality and well-being. According to the article of Racial Profiling, the New York City “Stop and Frisk” policing shows a subsequent increase in African Americans compared to white americans. In simpler terms, 52.9% of African Americans were stopped and frisked compared to the 9.3% of white americans. The ongoing need for global talent is necessary in the United States, because the medical field is never too small for another smart mind. Either the United States starts recruiting the best talent now, or their competitors will take them and have a clear advantage. Alongside, it will enhance our multilangualism. Students today are lacking in learning different languages. However, there are countless languages scattered across the world and a small mean of them are located in the small town of some states. Also, generation Z is seen to be the most optimistic generation, as we are slowly accepting people from all over the spectrum.
