“In a multi-cultural, diverse society there are countless ways in which people negotiate the everyday lived experience and reality of diversity” (Abdel-Fattah,N.D) We had learned in the organizational behavior class that diversity, job satisfaction and the personal motives that the members obtains for being part of an organization helps to build character traits. First, I will explain why having diversity in any organization and in the military is vital of importance. Then, why leaders in the organization are responsible for job satisfaction. At last, why money is not the primary motivator of the work force today. I definitely agree why is necessary to have diversity in any organization to include the military. When talking about diversity we have to understand the law that protects everyone’s rights. It does not matter how small the business is. Tittle 7 of the civil rights act of 1964 protects the rights of any individuals before and during employment from any discrimination of race, age, sex, and religion. You know that your job performance has to be top-notch. If you like the way leadership is treating you than it should not be no excuse to do your best.
