There's a lot of drama in middle school and it can be tiring. There's always something going on around this school and nothing stays between you and someone else. My group in biotech class were talking about one of my friends. I didn't say anything against her, but the girl that said everything told her I said everything. My friend came up to me and started asking me about all the stuff she thought I said and she told me she didn't believe me. I felt like I was in a freezing shower. I didn't feel like doing any work in the next class I was in. At lunch I confronted the girl that lied about me and that's when she cracked. My friends knew she was lying because she looked at me like she was a deer caught in headlights.
Drama is like a wildfire it spreads and spreads. Rumors are no better. Rumors and drama start when someone hears something you did or said and they pass it to their friend. Then their friends tells their friend and then the whole grade knows. Nothing is ever a secret in middle school unless you tell the right person. In sixth grade there wasn't really a lot of drama. I think it was because we were all new to each other and we didn't really know anyone or anything about people, so their was nothing to spread. Seventh

This year, it's more rumors than drama. A rumor went around about me and my bestfriends boyfriend. What happened was this person thought that me and him flirted and she thought that he sent me something inappropriate. It didn't really turn me and my bestfriend against each other, but she had thoughts. I quickly confronted the girl who made it up and told her to keep my name out her mouth. Her boyfriend and I talked about it over text and we are kind’ve cool now, but not really. I had to tell my best friend that “she needed to get her act together if she really thought that was true”. I’ve gotten through drama. I’ve learned to stay away from people that are always in it or that bring you in
