INTRODUCTION Highlights on the talk • Great careers are for those who are lucky , only lucky can chase their passion and become successful, basically pushing the reason for not chasing the passion on luck whereas luck is basically success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one’s own actions. • Special people like geniuses can achieve their great career. Interest is basically the feeling of a person whose attention, concern, or curiosity is particularly engaged by something where as passion is a strong or extravagant fondness, enthusiasm, or desire for a particular thing. When a person is really passionate about a particular thing, he/she will try his best and give his/her full commitment towards achieving it and rather than finding excuses and not following his passion or rather interest since interest can change whereas passion will not. Conclusion -Do not think you are too ordinary to pursue an extravagant career. This is again just one of the excuse people make every time they think even they can have a great career. -It is all about your passion, and not interest. Passion with the knowledge about it and effort all put in together creates a great career. -Never let ‘Unless…’ and ‘If only…’ get in your way or be the reason why you couldn’t have a great career. A good career doesn’t exist, at some point it gets really boring if you aren’t really passionate about your job. - Find and use your passion and you’ll have a great career. Don’t do it, you won’t.
