Last night was highly unexpected. The next day at school no one bullied me and Carrie was my friend. I had now had a friend in my class. In class, we learned about the 4th of July (July 4th) which was Independence Day. It is a day in remembrance of the Declaration of Independence and the United States of America. And the Fourth of July is also during summer break which is soon. Soon it was lunch. Jennifer and Ria were surprised to spot me with Carrie at lunch. We told them all about last night.They were surprised, but not as much as I was even though I had listened to it just last night. “Why did you bully Mukta, Seema?” said Jennifer in a confused way. I paused. That had my mind thinking, why did I bully Mukta? She definitely felt left out. “I’m not sure. Maybe it was because she was odd, different from me. She didn’t have the same smell as me,” I responded. I had just noticed something. Mukta might have felt a little left out. In a way the same way I felt when Carrie used to bully me. I told Jennifer, Ria, and Carrie about Mukta’s Kaki and how she is missing out of school and they felt extremely awful. I understand why they would feel like that. Especially me because I was the one who avoided her and after that wandered teensy, poor her house after all. Today at school wasn’t so troubling anymore with no bully pulling my hair. It was actually great because I had a friend in my class. I was in a truly great mood. After a while, during class, I had a
