Introduction Individuals within the nursing leadership have a wide variety of responsibilities within an organization. According to Robichaux (2017), effective leadership at the management and administration levels is associated with a healthy work environment, improved patient safety and satisfaction, and decreased nurse turnover rates (p. 183).
