Technical skills can help a person to get a job but a person nourished with soft skills will become the manager (Thapa, R., 2015). To put it into other words, soft skills are the most important facets that convoy a person to destiny. People who work in a service industry like hospitality industry or tourism industry or those who are willing to, need to acquire soft skills without which it is impossible to survive in this enterprise. In order to inculcate soft skills into the employees of hospitality industry, programs have been started which help to shape them up and also establishes a well-defined structure of soft skills. It becomes extremely necessary for companies to train their respective associates so that they can easily gain advantage over their rivals. In addition to that, companies need to select their workers very meticulously, work on their performances towards betterment and maintain a consistent progress. But these days, developing soft skills in a trainee or an employee is very cumbersome and so, the programs are switching over to training the students who rather grasp the importance of soft skills better than the former.
