INTRODUCTION: This incident involves two unknown male Hispanics attempting to steal the victim’s gardening equipment. During the incident, victim Rodriguez was dragged approximately 40 feet before the suspects fled from the scene. There are no suspects in custody. RECOVERED LOSS: 1. Honda Lawn Mower 2. Hugo yelled at them and told them to stop as he picked up a rock. Rodriguez threw the rock at the suspect’s vehicle shattering the driver’s side rear window. Both suspects got inside of the vehicle and turned the engine on. Rodriguez threw two more rocks at the suspect’s vehicle. Hugo saw victim Rodriguez jump in the bed of the suspect’s vehicle as they drove off.
