The first World War was one of the bloodiest and most gruesome wars that the world had ever experienced, and the results were catastrophic. In 1914, the world was edging towards conflict, tensions were rising between the great powers of Europe and Asia. This tension was due to a variety of reasons, which all contribute to the starting of the Great War.
