Defining the term 'Lifestyle '
Your lifestyle is the way you live. This includes your habits, attitudes, tastes, moral standards, economic level, relationships and everything else that forms part of how you cope with your physical, psychological, social, and economic environments on a day-to-day basis.
You lifestyle is expressed in both work and leisure behavior patterns and in activities, attitudes, interests, opinions, values, and allocation of income. It also reflects your self image or self concept, which is the way you see yourself and believe that you are seen by others. Lifestyle is a composite of motivations, needs, and wants and is influenced by factors such as culture, family, reference groups, and social class.

Many people can use the basis of their religion as the foundation of their decision making.
Many people believe that if there were no god (or if people believed there to be no god) there would be no such thing as morals. Everyone would just do as they like, without any thought of good and evil.
Religion should have a positive influence on decision making as when making a decision they will all make one that would be approved by their god. All religions have values (usually to do good, and to avoid wrong) which further influences positive decision making amongst religious people. An example of this would be the 10 Commandments which play a big role in the lives of Cristian 's and how they should live.
Most people 's behaviors is influenced by what they believe to be cultural norms and values, therefor cultural values play a big role in influencing people 's decisions. If someone were to value traits like honesty or integrity (for example) their decisions will be made based around these traits, as apposed to someone who doesn 't value these
