Medieval knights were the most extraordinary men of their era. It was the process of their knighthood and all the armor that went along with it that makes the story seem like a fairytale. Back in the Middle Ages, no reputation was just handed to a man. The name and figure of being a knight went according to family, but reputation was earned. In the early ages of a future knight, the children, ages 7 to 8, are immediately taught the importance of being a perfect gentleman. The children training at this age are called pages. After that, starting ages 13 through 14, children are learning the knight’s code of conduct which was called chivalry.
