The Inca and the Aztec once ruled the area where both empires have many advantages on physical features which lead to the development of the empires. For the better advantage the Inca Empire would excel at the development of their empire better than the Aztec Empire. Living on the Andes Mountains the Inca Empire created Adobe or Stone brick homes from their ingenuity to over come the rainy like weather. With their ingenuity and craftsmanship this civilization created elevated aqueducts that prevents floods hitting their home in which it did work as some still stand.
Had building that was use for human sacrifice and was also a trading center. They perfected the Olmec language. Because of the drought they were forced to leave their city’s .The Aztec had a trash collective system , market and had two people bring water so they could bath, the richer even had steam baths. The Inca had no writing system but they communicated by using colored strings and knots.

The Inca’s ruler Atahualpa was captured by Pizarro within minutes of the battle due to the arrows and clubs the Inca’s used to fight which had little effect on the Spanish steel amour and guns. The Inca’s may have had gold but they did not have the steel the Spanish had. In the first section of the book Diamond talked about how humans evolved and how they advanced and conquered different parts of the world. The second part of the book “The Rise and Spread of Food Production” Jared Diamond discussed “food production” the term Diamond referred to when talking about the domestication of plants.

The reason why was when they would conquer someone or someplace they let the people keep their way of life before they came, and only asked for a tribute or tax and teach the language of the empire. The Inca civilization was a successful civilization that thrived and was very successful in their region. The Incas were clever and master builders, they built irrigation systems in a dry climate and building that still last today. Second of all, the Incas may have been influenced by the Pueblo tribe that thrived in the region before the Incas and may have left behind things to contribute to the Incas success. The Incas were master builders and may have been influenced by an earlier tribe called the Pueblos.
The Empire was well knows of their engineering and designing construction, such as accomplishing Machu Picchu only using wood and stone with bronze devices. Their biggest achievement was improving and expanding the small land they started constructing into a larger empire in such an area which difficult to start a life at and to find. Amazingly how through all these productions, the Incas overcame the agricultural seasons and distributing the food, plus managing the storage and building extends. More than all that, they have managed a vast number of armies and workers at the same time without any
The Aztec people dominated the 14th through 16th century Mesoamerica. They are one of the most noted cultures recognized in history books today and they deserve as much recognition for their accomplishments and errors as much as any other civilization because their works were much the same. Their religious practices were similar to that of the ancient civilizations throughout the entire world. The magnificent capital, Tenochtitlan, displays accomplishments other cities had achieved thousands of years before the Aztecs marched through what is now Mexico. Even the fall of their empire was like that of the far away Celtic civilization and countless others.
The Aztec tribe is incredible in how they lived and thrived between the 14th century and the 16th century. They were very advanced for their time and had cities that were just as large as some in Europe. The Aztecs had enormous temples, remarkable ceremonies that included human sacrifice, and gigantic monuments, all to worship their gods. All within a 200 year span the Aztecs became an empire unlike any other. It seemed as though they were unstoppable.

What word comes to mind when you think of a civilization such as the Inca? Would you think of them as savages? Unintelligent creatures that aimlessly roamed the Earth? If that is the case, then you could not be more wrong. The Inca were one of the most advanced civilizations of South America in the 13th century.
Also, while this was only briefly discussed near the end of the paper, the Incas left us with more than we may realize, including agricultural techniques, medicines, ways to get from one place to another, and inspiration for entertainment. After taking everything into consideration, it’s easy to say that the Incas don’t get as much credit as they deserve for all of the amazing things they created and passed down to
Ancient Native Americans civilizations is one of the most interesting civilization in the world. They came from the Asiatic part of Russia. Visiting the museum of natural history made me appreciate their culture and lifestyle. Six Native American tribes settled in North America that lead to the rise and demise of Ancient Native Americans. They were the First Arrivals, Olmec, Teotihuacán, The Mayans, Aztec, and Inca.
