The diction of James is agitating for the people that are present yet magnificent because it’s the funeral of an honorable man, who defended the poor. The occasion caused Mr. James talking “indecent “about the low class people, calling them “dregs” of “itinerants”. He is discriminating the poor and insulting them.

On November 13, 2017, Horace Verbermockle was found dead in his bathroom when he got out of the shower. His wife Minnie Verbermockle called immediately the doctor to go over her house because she said that her husband had an accident. Apparently she did not hear when he feel on the bathroom floor she said that he slipped on a cake soap. Horace Verbermockle was murder probably Minnie had plan on murdering her husband because there are evidence that can prove it wasn’t just an accident someone wanted to kill Horace or his wife Minnie wanted to kill him.
Wayne Williams was found guilty of the killing of two people. Even years after William’s still tries to persuade the idea of him being innocent. Just like fingerprints, hair analysis is following the same path. I think that DNA fingerprints will become bigger and more accurate of accusing killers, the use of hair analysis will decrease, but I do not think hair analysis should be taken away.
Most people know the story of how President Lincoln was assassinated at Ford’s Theater. He was shot in the head by the now infamous, John Wilkes Booth, who then fled the theater, riding a horse south into the former confederate states. He was eventually found and shot, ending a long search. Most people, however, don’t realize how badly he wanted to commit the act. He could have called the police and report his situation.
Mageau managed to open the backseat passenger side door and get onto the pavement, where he was later discovered by three teenagers. The defendant, Mrs. Dominique Stephens, murdered the man that she vowed to love. This sole act by the defendant is violation of all morals and her husband’s right to live. Afterwards, she even felt guilty about this violation of justice and called the cops on herself, and she later signed a written statement stating that she is guilty of the murder of Mr. Donovan Stephens. Then the defendant later recanted this statement and said that she only killed Mr. Stephens in self defense.
Should a twelve year old like Nathaniel Brazill who killed his teacher when he made him angry be locked up in prison for the rest of his life? I do not agree with the statement that teenagers that commit a murder should get life without parole in prison. I do not agree with this because it is unfair to everybody not just the victim. Obviously if someone commits a murder the rightful thing to do would be to pay for their mistakes, but in most cases like in Nathaniel Brazil’s the victim did not deserve to be murdered, but the murder had no self control either. Everybody should be more considering about people because you never know what they go through at home, it’s not an excuse for what they have done, but to understand why.
Furthermore, Booth then immediately take derringer out for the single shot to the president’s left ear. President Lincoln slowly collapsed on his chair and his wife Mary started to scream. Henry Rathbone, heard the the gunshot in the President 's Box, and started run out from his seat and see Booth running. Rathbone prevented Booth from escaping. However, Booth stabbed Rathbone (leg) and went immediately down to the stage.
