As it is known from ancient time that everything in life could be described like the two side of a coin, there is always an advantage and disadvantages to every experience. But whether the effect is positive or negative the effects of Information Communication Technology (ICT) is far reaching and cannot be overemphasized. The Effects of ICT lens looks at how our lives have been changed, for better and for worse, by the impact of ICT. Just because a topic can be taught via ICT, does not mean that it is taught most effectively via ICT. Even if a subject can be taught effectively via ICT, and there is the money available, it does not always follow that there is any advantage to it.
