The Notorious Zodiac Killer is quite the mystery. Northern California was where he felt comfortable to murder. He has never revealed to whom he was exactly. However, he was quite big on committing crimes and pleading guilty to them. His killings began in the sixties. He had claimed to have killed at least 37 people, but to this day we can only account for seven canonical victims. Even though there is seven victims tied to the Zodiac, only five of them were killed, the other two managed to survive. It has been concluded that the first attack linked to the Zodiac occurred on December 20, 1968. In a private spot near their car on Lake Herman Road, Betty Lou Jensen, 16, and David Faraday, 17 were shot to death. Since this was the case that began the Zodiac’s killing streak, the police had been absurdly baffled. It was the fact that there was no evidence to why someone would do this. Darlene Ferrin who was 22 and her boyfriend Mike Mageau who was 19. They had also been in a private location similarly as the first two murders. The couple had been sitting in their car when a man came up to their window shining a flashlight. He had taken several shots at them. Ferrin ended up being killed while Mageau was seriously injured.
