Within the Willow Run Village, communication is going to be necessary in order for making this property successful. No individual working at the property is going to lie about the communication with one another. That is not going to help improve the property however cause for the property to not be successful. The author Dresp-Langley, (2009) states that sincerity is the clause stipulates that all partners are to honestly communicate according to the best of their knowledge, without deliberately omitting, hiding or falsifying knowledge or intentions that are relevant to the issue of their interaction. Hiding information within an organization is going to cause for loads of trust issues within the individuals. Willow Run Village cannot excel if employees are omitting, hiding or falsifying knowledge. If this type of communication were happening frequently, the office and maintenance staff would have mistrust for one another. Our team will not have the capacity to work with one another. One of the main methods of communication within Willow Run Village is email. Email is the main method of communication since it saves every part of the communication.
