To understand life one must understand death. As God gives life, there is The
Phantom to take it away. People tend to fear things they don 't understand, and they don 't they People fear death. People fear the Phantom because they think of him as the menace who takes away their cherished loved ones and the person who will take their life away.

People realized that their lives can no longer be taken by The Phantom, so they take incredible risks. They stopped caring, they lost all remorse, churches became empty, and Sunday mornings became ghost homes. Without fear of anything, people stopped going. The world had become a living hell.

Finally the people had enough living like hell. They got more insane with each heart break. People grew to old to do anything but lay in bed. People forever bleeding out with lost limbs in car crashes. Pain an misery everywhere. Finally they tried to commit suicide. This man tired of living shot himself in the head. the bullet fired. Blowing his brains out. Head disfigured.
He stood back up looking like Frankenstein monster. When he saw the horror of his family looking at him he prayed. He begged for death. Finally the phantom came. Everyone showing happiness not fear. People had realized that there needs to be a cycle of life. If life has no end it is meaningless. Phantom took the over grown lives like a gardener cutting out tall grass to fix the yard.

In conclusion people don 't realize the importance of a cycle. It shows how we don 't consider our future but only the present. It shows how fast people can go wild without fear. It shows how fear keeps people in line. In the the end the phantom is the same as god. 2 sides of the same
