While someone is running for the Congressional office they must decide how they are going to vote if they get elected. Will they be a trustee or delegate for their people? Also should they be partisan to their political party or politico? What does all of this mean? Well, a trustee is a member of Congress who believes that each question they face must be decided on its merits. These Congress men stick to their gut and depend on their independent thinking. These members vote on feeling, trust their judgement, and don’t listen to the popular opinion of their voters.
