Would you have the heart, even the capacity of taking the life of YOUR unborn child? What is the definition of life? It is the existence of an individual human being. No matter if they are just fetuses growing in your stomach, these fetuses have heartbeats, feelings, and even limbs. I believe abortion is not just, it’s not right to take the life of an unborn child who didn’t get a say in being aborted. These babies could have the chance of becoming something great in life, and the person held responsible for that is to be blamed. I myself are pro-life, I think abortion should be made illegal and I have many reasons as to why this would benefit the common good of people as well. This had been the court case of “Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania vs Casey” which had redefined several of the actions regarding the abortion rights that had been defined in Roe vs. Wade of 1973. The Pennsylvania side of the case had been led by the governor Robert Casey, who had enacted the new abortion law that had been passed by a legislative body. This law had required any woman who was considering an abortion had to have someone informed about it first. If it had been a minor in this case who was considering the thought of having an abortion, they were to have a parental consent (the law had also included a judicial waiver option). Going on, if it had been a married couple, the women had to notify her husband about the abortion as well. Finally, not only had this been part of the law but also that the clinic couldn’t just perform the procedure right at the moment. Instead, the clinic had the duties to provide information on abortion and wait the 24 hours before they could perform the abortion. I myself agree with this law and the way it had been enacted because this would allow the mother of the child to be informed on the decision she was about to make, and she would have a day to ensure herself on her decision. This issue (abortion in general) is very important because a baby (fetus) should be able to get a chance at life! If the mother doesn’t want the baby she could at least think twice about it, and be informed about what she was going to proceed on going with. You will never know, this baby would have taken part in the common good of our society, our country, even our world if this child were the first to discover a cure to cancer, become the first lady president, go to Mars, or just in general find/do something that could impact all of our lives. Even if your child were to not accomplish any of these amazing things, this wouldn’t mean that they
