Unfortunately, it is clearly apparent that Alternity Records has either failed to read and comprehend the Agreement, or has grossly misunderstood the Agreement to which both parties named above have signed and agreed to on September 29, 2015. In this case, Alternity Records has clearly failed to comply with the agreement, as evidenced by City Hall Distributor’s entry which shows Alternity Records as the label of record for the CD, while continuing the illegal use the LAS bar code and registration from Nielsen Soundscan and ISRC.
