Censorship violates a democratic principle of the constitution: everyone has the right to express his personal opinion. Therefore censorship contradicts not only economic principles(I am going to touch on this topic more thoroughly later), but also the constitution. Sometimes the constitution does not pursue the interests of society, so the contradiction of censorship with the constitution is not a strong argument. Much more importantly, that the government spends a vast amount of money on censorship: to support courts, search to violators, to monitor the management of media and so forth.
