Allowing driverless cars gain access to our society Tesla, Google, Nissan and other companies now shifted their focus on driverless cars. However, the issue of allowing driverless cars access into our community has been broadly debated in our society. It is a significant matter because it concerns the street development and road safety of how we drive in the future. Towards this particular subject there has been a range of different arguments that have been put forward. Robotic cars should enter society because they are convenient.
According the Huffingtonpost.com, the autonomous vehicles will replace taxi drivers. Uber, Google and Tesla are already working on the complete driverless autonomous cars. Uber is openly planning to replace human drivers with self driving cars. This will disrupt the transportation and other industries directly and indirectly. There would be many job losses in the GTA if Uber replaces the taxi industry by self driving cars.
The first premise states that the benefits of autonomous vehicles outweigh the harms. This premise is plausible because autonomous driving will decrease the number of car crashes saving both lives and money.
